You know how when you retire you may be looking for something to do?
Well here is a quick video of the snow melt from the webcams
Its interesting to me how the trees straighten up over time

Way cool! 8)

Thanks for sharing. (Hooray retirement!)

And, bonus, thanks for inadvertently leading me to the other two videos (Lake Ann and Cascade Pass/Sahale Arm) on your channel. I have been planning to hike both Lake Ann and Cascade Pass/Sahale Arm when I am in WA later this summer. It was a real treat to get photographic previews! :D When did you do those hikes? I'm going to be there in mid-August and am wondering whether I should expect to be crossing snowfields?

We were there the middle of August 2017
There are actually 2 Lake Ann's. One on the north side of Mt Baker and one on the heather maple pass loop. I notice I have not posted a video on Heather Maple pass. If you are interested in that one let me know.
Park Butte was a nice hike also.
There was a small area of snow just before reaching Cascade pass. There was more snow on the Lake Ann/Mt Baker hike. I know there were 2 areas, but not too much trouble even for a southern boy
Hope you have a great trip
Let me know if you have any questions
