Who wants to play "Name that Trail"?

Glacier presents some great photographic opportunities, talk about it here.

Pretty amazing photo Jay...

I did the Kishenehn loop; it really is a scenic, peaceful and not too strenuous 17 miles with the added benefit of hanging at the Ranger's cabin towards the end.

The only downside is 4 creek crossings along the way.

I don't remember that view however....

Unfortunately I don't have access to a photo to post right now, but will either tonight or tomorrow.

Someone feel free to jump in so I don't hold up the fun.

Ok, here is one for you. The quality isn't the best because it was taken with a circa-2004 digital camera. Good luck!

I know burned areas all have a similar look, but this could be the connector trail between the Inside North Fork Road and the Akoloka Lake Trail.

Nope, but you're on the correct side of the park.

This isn't a popular trail because it lacks the "epic" views everyone wants.

Looks like the Pacific Northwest Trail off (or paralleling) the sand road to Bowman L.

That mountain must be a clue. (Scratch head, consult memory banks ...)

If that's so, and if that's Rainbow way in the background, then I'll say Quartz Creek trail.

Oh Man :)
Are you talking about that lil trail off the Inside Road that goes up to "Hidden Meadow"?
There's a small "lake" up there where it ends?
I had to look to see the name of it. Quartz Ridge trail?
hehe
Good pick if I turn out to be right.

LOL!!!
Well...rather than name every trail south of there, Ill first ask if that is Rainbow in the background?

I'm pretty sure it is Rainbow off in the distance, although you won't get anywhere near it on this trail. The burn area it passes through is extensive, but you only hit the edge of it and are back in the woods in about one mile.

I've never been there before, but is this from somewhere alone the trail to Logging Lake? Looking at old burn maps it looks like the trail is around some burn areas from the the 90's/early 2000's?

I certainly don't know where this is but it is a nice photo. Reminds me of the drive to Bowman Lake. It is always nice to see photos of parts of the Park where I have never been but of course it is embarrassing not to recognize a photo of a place where I have been.
