I can personally attest that the Bison Gyro is a very yummy healthy size meal.
My daughter spoke highly of the Veggie Gyro also.

If you enjoy the friendly staff at Glacier Distilling, you’ll enjoy the staff at Josephine’s
.... I think they are interchangeable :D

Bob,

Thanks very much for your information. Sounds like a great place to check out.

I don't recall Glacier Distilling on our 2014 trip. Do you know if it was there then or is it newer?

According to their website, Glacier Distilling was “permitted to operate legally” as of December 28, 2010.
My first visit to them was in 2013. They have a broader selection of spirits beyond just whiskey — the
Huckleberry liqueur poured on ice cream is really good!

Had a second visit to Josephine’s. It was busier.
The meat, cheese, and marinated veggie appetizer platter is really good!

Go to the distillery to sample their wares, and then walk up the smalll hill for the food.

They have been distilling for a number of years now Lyman, I have stopped a couple of times in the past and they have a good selection of spirits that are not bad, I am sure the longer they do it, the better they will get.
