It is really a shame that you picked this time of year to visit Glacier. There is no more spectacular wonderful place than Glacier, but it is definitely summer seasonal for most visitors. If you have bad weather, come back in July, August or early September. It is definitely God's country.

I just flew back from Alaska with Bear Spray in a suitcase along with a pistol. All we had to do was to acknowledge that we had the pistol and were carrying hazardous material - bear spray and mosquito spray. Ralph - your pictures are incredible - I don't guess I have ever seen Ghost trees before. I sure don't remember them being completely covered like that when I went skiing. I have missed this site so much, but time is so short these days.
