Hey, hey! Love the trip reports here and some old "friends" popping up (*Jen*). Great pictures. Looks like a ton of fun. We are headed to Glacier again this summer. Our 18th summer - it's a lot more crowded but you can't beat the memories. FYI - Pete was overseas last fall. I haven't heard...
I haven't logged in for quite some time, but saw the bookmark on my computer and thought, "Wonder what folks are saying?" I'm so happy to see the activity. I can't believe it has been 16 years since I joined this site! And there are so many others who have been around longer. Hope everyone...

The restored dining room is wonderful. I would recommend sticking to burgers and sandwiches. Sounds like we should be pr...
Great news. I know this is not popular opinion (and I may change my tune when I'm trying to get to Sweet Peaks for some after dinner ice cream - PRONTO), but the roadwork delays help me stop and enjoy my surroundings.
Pete, We don't live there, but I have seen the same. We came to Glacier for the first time in 2005. I made our plans about 6 months before and had my choice of in-park accomodations. The only delays on GTTS road were for construction. The trails were open, and you could always find a spot at any trai...
