Thanks Paul. Regarding snow, again we're getting more snow here near the coast than you are in the woods. But that will change once the year progresses. I'm waiting for it to stop so I can snow blow, but it ain't stopping!!! Poor Lyman in ME.

Tara, I snowshoe in VT with our grandson. It is a fantasy land in the woods with all the snow, and it is a great aerobic workout. I use my x-country ski poles for some balance, you can use your hiking poles. Drink plenty of water, take your snack and camera, as well as the bear spray Dave suggests. ...
