I understand that there is a quarantine in the state of Montana that requires anyone entering the state from out of the country or out of state to quarantine for 2 weeks.
Is this still in effect?

Phase one of reopening still requires all persons coming into Montana from other states or countries to self quarantine for 14 days.

The text from the linked directive pertaining to the quarantine for visitors is:
The March 30 Directive providing mandatory quarantine for certain travelers arriving in Montana from another state or country and all of its terms are extended through the end of the emergency, unless modified by subsequent Directive.
The Blackfeet Reservation is still closed to all visitors.
