Big Agnes Copper 2 Spur

Post by PeteE »

I just ordered a new tent-- a Henry Shires Rainbow.
So I would like to sell my Big Agnes Copper 2 Spur.
These are the specs on the newest version

Not sure what the difference is in the newest and the one I have. Looks like same tent to me.

I've not had any problems with mine other than the often mentioned hassle with zipping and un zipping the fly.
You just have to be careful working the zipper because it tends to get caught in the zipper weather flap.

It's worked well for me. Never leaked and has held up in some big wind, rain and hail storms in the park.
I fixed a hole in the stuff sack with white duck tape 8)

Asking $150 and I'll pay the shipping.
The new ones are between $500-600.00
Good buy. Maybe use for kids?

I camped in it on January 14, 2021 and it worked fine---in cold weather. Temp went down to about 20F

Great tent and great price. Be careful with UV exposure on the fly. I just replaced my UL3 with another after 10 years(HV this time, moving on up!).
