2014 Season Shoe Shots

Post by Marmotman »

Time to mix things up. Post your favorite 2014 shoe shots here. Here's my favorites:

On top of Mt. Grinnell looking down to my next destination Swiftcurrent Glacier then over the top back to Granite Park Chalet.

Lunch break on the way up to Mt. Clements. My daughter and I were the second to climb it in 2014. Hidden is still frozen over!

This was taken at 12:03PM on Sunday, July 21, 2013. I don't remember why I had work jeans on! CRS?

I always like the shoe shots! Almost forgot about them until I saw these.
Any more?
The mountains are calling and I must go.

Here's a couple from September 6th, 2014 on the summit of Piegan.
This one is looking southerly and down at Piegan Glacier with Going-To-The-Sun mountain on the left.

And this one looks northerly from the other side of the summit with the Pollock and the Garden Wall on the left.
You can see Cataract Creek winding toward Grinnell Lake in the lower right of picture.

This is a great hike and if the Geezer can do it, so can you 8)

Here's a slide show of all my snaps from that day.
