Who wants to play "Name that Trail"?

Jen, that is the Cutbank valley trail probably not far from the campground. Mad Wolf and Bad Marriage mountains on the left.

A rainy, moody early June day isolated this peak in an unusual way.

Hmm... is that Pumpelly Pillar from the trail to Dawson Pass?

Correct on both counts. The Pillar stands out from some angles and from other angles is hard to see against mountains in the background. I was finishing a walk around Two Medicine Lake when I took this picture.

It took me a while with the tip of Thunderbird cut off the left side....

I haven't been there yet, but with all the planning I've been doing for this summer, I'm going to take an educated guess that this is the Belly River trail and if the hikers keep going in the direction they are heading (to the left of the mountains) they will end up at Elizabeth Lake.

I looked at an old video of mine from 2012.
FWIW... I agree with Teapot. 8)
I think it's the Belly river trail before you get to the ranger station, bridge, etc.

EDIT:
I found the still picture below from August 3, 2012 backpack for better comparison than the video.
Now I'm reasonably sure Teapot was correct.
Well done Tina for someone who hasn't been there yet!! :mrgreen:
