Glacier Park officially allows e-bikes

Transportation can be a challenge in Glacier. If you have ideas, offer ride shares, or used a commercial service that you were happy with, let everyone know. Also, ask questions about road information, or share road information you may have.

Glacier Park officially allows e-bikes

I'm glad they finally got e-bikes approved.

Geezers like me can now get up to Logan Pass in the Spring.

I'm certain this ruling will upset some of the "purists" in the cycling community.
I've read there are going to be lawsuits to get the ruling overturned.
Boo Hiss Boo!!
I hope they lose 8)

In the city, the e-bikes are ok, it's the scooters that are a problem. I've seen them riding on the wrong side of the road, weaving down the trail like they're water skiing, and in general, they ride like they've never been on a bike trail. Of course this is a few of the many, but it's like having a couple guys with a mohawk shoot up a couple bars. You have poor opinions of mohawks after that.
