my neighbor turned on the water in my eastside cabin yesterday. no leaks! can't believe it. must have been a mild winter, temp wise. we usually play plumber the first day we are there. we used to pull the pump every october but have gotten lazy the last few years and now just turn off the pump and drain the cabin and appliances. put antifreeze in the toilets and all the drains and washing machine.
