I just wanted to say a heartfelt thank you to the chatters who generously donated in memory of Miranda Mayes/in honor of Jason Mayes. Your compassion is inspiring and we here at the Fund are so appreciative of the energy you give us and the gift that you have given the Park. The tree grove will be planted at the Highline/Loop area as requested.

Hello Kelly,

Thanks for the update. Now I have a question for you, in July of '07 my sister was killed and many here donated funds to plant a grove. I was told at the time, I would not be able to know the approximate location, but with the recent note that you are able to let Jason know where Miranda's grove will be planted, I was kind of hoping I might be able to locate the grove that was planted in my sisters name.

Please PM if this is at all possible.

Hey Kelly/Dave,

I believe at the time Kathleen's grove was done, Dave you had picked the Lake McDonald area, but we were told we could not get specifics on the exact location. The funds and cover letter were sent August 13, 2007 to Debra Reeves of your organization, Kelly. I don't know if that might help you track it down, but thought I'd volunteer the info. I have.

I have sent an email to Kelly to ensure that she knows a request for location was made. I hope that we all hear from her once she is aware of the request. I'm not aware of any policy, but it would make my hike more special, if I knew that these trees were planted for someone I care about.
