Perseid meteor shower

The Perseid meteor shower peaks this year the night of August 12th, and Glacier would be the ideal place to sky watch. And coincidentally, that's the first night we will be spending at Fish Creek. Are there any good places to sky watch there or elsewhere in the park? I'm looking for places that are pitch black and either deathly silent or have Dark Side of the Moon blaring at top volume from all directions.

I would think the East side is better but if you're at Fish Creek then I think I'd drive up towards Polebridge. But I've never watched the meteor shower there so maybe there are better spots?
