I agree about Slough Creek Campground...I stayed at site #1 for 3 nights (it is separated from the rest of the sites and right along the edge of the creek...I think that after checking out the other campgrounds that it may be the best site in the entire Park)...I loved Slough Creek!!!!
I need to look up a map...I had a site one year that I thought was really great, but we've had a few other sites we loved too even if they weren't terribly private. I just really, really love that place....I had hoped to snowshoe in and see it in the winter last January when I was there, but the wolf-watching was so incredible that I never got my snowshoes out! I bet it's gorgeus "up Slough" in the winter.
