Trail map web page on the Glacier NPS site?

I remember using a web page on the Glacier NPS web site that listed several of the main areas of the park (St Mary's, Two Medicine, Many Glacier, Northfork, etc), and when you clicked on one of the areas it popped open another window with a map of that area and the hiking trails in the area, and if you moused on a trail it popup up a little window with a brief description of the hike (distance, elevation, etc).

But I can't seem to find that page anywhere on the site now? I've even done advanced Google search of the entire NPS/glac site and can't find it. The only thing comparable that I can find now is the TrailStatus page, but thats all text, no map.

Anyone know the page I'm thinking of or know what happened to it?

The maps and descriptions weren't extremely detailed, but I thought that page would be good for showing a new-bie a brief overview of the hiking options in Glacier.

I kind of remember those. I used them when I planned my first visit in 2008. I haven't seen them since, but I haven't looked either.

This is the closest thing that I can find to to old "pop-up" hiking sections of the Park...

Enlarge the pdf to see a similar representation of the hikes....

Those are the same map images, but they were on a web page, rather than pdf, and you could mouse over the hikes and get a popup description.
But these pdf's might work to give my newbies a overview of the hiking options.

I wished the NPS sites were a little better organized and it was easier to find stuff on them. I think the Glacier site is better than most, the CampgroundStatus, BackcountryAvailability, and TrailStatus pages are excellent and very useful and most other Parks don't have anything like that... but in general the NPS sites seem really bad... .. I guess with the government slashing paranoia, and big budget cuts everywhere to "non-essential" "luxuries" like National Parks, we shouldn't expect any upgrades or improvements in the near future.

If you look closely, the maps say, "Brown trails shared by horse concession." I think brown is very appropriate.

AWESOME!!

Unless I'm totally cracking up (which has been speculated in the past) I'm pretty sure I looked at that "Hiking the Trails" page last week and those "Trail Maps" links were not there.....Someone please tell me that they've been doing some re-organization on that page?
