'The Knee' is progressing nicely. I am still working on getting full extension. My natural stance is hyper-extension and I am beginning to think I may never get back to that. Not sure if that is good or bad. I was slacking on any PT this week. We have had a lot going on with some personal family stuff, so I apologize for not seeing this until now.
